Acme People Search Scam? True or False? The Acme People Search Engine Review

Some Acme People Search Engine affiliate marketers have been blasting their advertising campaigns to read “Guaranteed $125 in 24 Hours”.  While this statement is true, it can be misleading depending on what statements follow this claim.  If a person is lead to believe that he/she will receive a payment of $125 in 24 hours, they will soon discover that this will not happen.  This individual will then shout ”Acme People Search Scam”.  If more of these claims are made, than the Acme People Search Engine program can become a bad name in the affiliate marketing industry.  Why I do not believe that this will happen, it truly bothers me that people may be mislead.  I would like to clarify this claim for my readers.

Below are the the exact words from the Acme People Search Program advertisment: 

A GUARANTEED Commission of $125.00 Within 24 Hours of Starting Your FREE Advertising!

Now, please notice that it states “within 24 hours of starting your free advertising!”.  Here is what it means:

1. The $125 is provided only if the referral completed all three sign up steps. These steps are:  Affiliatize, Monetize and Advertise.  If you would like to learn more about these steps, please read my blog titled “Internet Business Income Opportunity-How To Set Up Acme People Search“. 
2. After completion of the 3 steps, your backoffice will state that it is at 100% display rate.  If you completed the third step during normal business hours (EDT),  your display rate will usually change to 100% later on the same business day.  If you completed step 3 after normal business hours, it may take up to 48 hours before your display rate changes to 100%.  
3. Shortly thereafter the 100% display rate message, your people search engine will be advertised for free for 24 hours.
4.  After this free advertising, the individual will have “earned” the $125 guaranteed commission.  
5. You will not receive the $125 until you have earned an additional $75, bringing your total to $200.  This is the minimum payout from the program.
6.  To earn the $75, you must get qualified referrals.  A qualified referral is someone who signs up for the program and completes all 3 steps and remains at each step for a specific time period.  In other words, to earn $5.00, each qualified referral must maintain step 1 for 30 days;  To earn $10.00, each qualified referral must maintain step 2 for 45 days and to earn $15.00, each qualified referral must maintain step 3 for 60 days. 

You are probably thinking, well I only need to get three qualified referrals to earn $90 ($30 x3) which is more than the $75 needed.  Think again.  If you do not have experience in internet marketing, than getting 3 to 5 referrals is extremely hard.  It can take several months to get three referrals and they do not all stay in the program.  You may get a qualified referral that completed all three steps and then after 30 days drops out.  Guess what, you only earned $5.00.  So, yes, this is a difficult task for the unexperienced marketer.

You must learn to earn.  You need to understand the foundation of building your website, blog, article, etc., which is keywords.  You need to understand how to research keywords, how to analyze keyword demand and competition, where to place the profitable keywords, keyword density, keyword stuffing and more.

You need to learn SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and determine what it is you expect to get from SEO.  For example, are you optimizing your website to get to the first page ranking of the search engines?  Or are you trying to get people to your website to purchase your product or program?

You need to learn how to use  SMO (Social Media Optimization), how to build incoming and outgoing links, how to drive traffic to your website, how to write articles, how to generate free or paid traffic, how to utilize directories and so on.  The main point here is you need to learn how to market, advertise and promote your business.
